My new favorite shoes!

I absolutely love my new Fer Cap-Toe Oxfords! They look amazing with everything. The quality is fantastic, and they actually feel good on my feet, unlike most dress shoes. I ordered a Leather Care Kit with them too, and it's perfect. I will definitely be buying more shoes from Carets again, and I've already told my friends about them. So happy I found this store!

Really comfy Chelsea boots

I got the Veloce Chelsea Boots, and they're super comfy. I was a bit worried about how they'd look, but they fit well with my work clothes. Shipping was pretty quick, got them in about 5 days. Definitely happy with these.

Good for standing, some shipping issues

I ordered the Apollo Oxford shoes after seeing they were supposed to be good for long days on my feet. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, and I received an order confirmation quickly. Shipping took 7 business days to reach my address in Texas, which was a little longer than I expected. When they arrived, the shoes felt sturdy and the leather quality seemed good. The zero-drop and wide toe box really do make a difference for comfort during work, I noticed less foot fatigue by the end of the day. I did have a question about leather care, and customer support responded to my email within 24 hours with helpful advice. Overall, a solid product, just be prepared for potentially average shipping times.

Consistent quality, returning customer

This was my third pair of shoes from Carets, this time I went for the Zetone Plain-Toe Derby. As usual, the fit and finish were excellent. I've always appreciated the consistent sizing and the wide toe box feature. My previous orders, a pair of Oxfords and then the Chelsea boots, also held up really well over time, which is why I keep coming back. Shipping was prompt this time, arrived in 4 days, similar to my last purchase. Good to see the reliability hasn't changed.

Is there a first-time buyer discount? Or any way to get a few bucks off my first order?

O Olivia T. 1 week ago
Sign up for their newsletter, I got a code for like $10 or $20 off my first purchase that way.

Yep, newsletter signup is the move. You get a unique code usually emailed to you after you subscribe.

Anyone know if you can use more than one coupon code at checkout? Got a referral code and also saw a clearance item I like.

A Abigail Turner 1 month ago
Nah, pretty sure you can only use one code at a time. I tried to stack one time and it didn't work.

Unfortunately, most online stores, including Carets, only let you use one promo code per order. You'll probably have to pick the better discount.

Hey, I'm really eyeing the Apollo Oxfords. I live in NYC, anyone know how long shipping usually takes to the East Coast?

E Eric Hill 1 week ago
I got my Derbys in Boston last month, took about 4-5 business days. Pretty standard.

Yeah, ordered mine to Philly a few months back. I think it was around a week, maybe a bit less. They ship pretty quick.

are these shoes actually zero-drop? sometimes brands say 'minimalist' but they still have a slight heel.

O Olivia F. 1 week ago
Yep, confirmed zero-drop. Feels totally flat from heel to toe, just like walking barefoot.

Definitely zero drop. That's one of their main selling points and why I bought them. No hidden heel at all.

Thinking of pulling the trigger on the Veloce Chelsea Boots. Do they really have a wide toe box or is it just 'wide' for a dress shoe?

M Mary Roberts 4 weeks ago
No, it's genuinely wide. Like, you can actually splay your toes. Not just a tiny bit wider than normal dress shoes.

Definitely wide. I have super picky feet and these are comfortable. Much wider than any traditional dress shoe I've ever owned.

Can you actually resole these shoes? Or once the sole wears out, that's it?

B Brandon King 1 month ago
Yeah, they offer a resole service. You can send them back in once they need it.

My friend had his Apollos resoled. They send them back looking pretty good. It's not a throwaway shoe, which is nice.

What's the return policy like? If they don't fit right, is it a pain to send them back?

J Jeff L. 1 month ago
Returns are super easy. They have a 365-day policy, so you've got plenty of time. Just follow the instructions on their site.

I returned a pair that was the wrong size last year, no problems at all. Just print the label and send them back, got my refund pretty quick.

How do these compare to like, Vivobarefoot or Xero shoes? I want something formal but still zero-drop.

B Brittany Roberts 1 month ago
They're way more dressy than Vivobarefoot or Xero. Like, you can actually wear these with a suit and nobody would blink. Other barefoot brands are usually too casual.

S Sam Clark 1 month ago
Totally different vibe. Vivobarefoot has some dressy-ish ones but Carets are proper formal. The zero-drop and wide toe box are still there though, it's just styled way better for an office or event.
